La patate douce est la première démonstration concrète du modèle Takamoul — la complémentarité. Les coopératives villageoises apportent la capacité productive et l'ancrage local. TAP Export apporte l'accompagnement technique, la sécurisation des débouchés et l'accès aux marchés. Ensemble, ils ont structuré la première filière horticole d'exportation de Mauritanie — encadrée techniquement, conditionnée en usine à Rosso, certifiable et exportable. Ce modèle est conçu pour être répliqué sur d'autres cultures à haute valeur ajoutée de la Vallée du Fleuve Sénégal — mangue, melon, pastèque, piment, pitaya.
Sweet potato is the first concrete demonstration of the Takamoul model — complementarity. Village cooperatives bring productive capacity and local roots. TAP Export provides technical support, secured commercial outlets and access to markets. Together, they have structured Mauritania's first export horticultural supply chain — technically supervised, factory-packaged in Rosso, certifiable and export-ready. This model is designed to be replicated across other high-value crops from the Senegal River Valley — mango, melon, watermelon, chilli, pitaya.

Première filière pilote du modèle TAP Export. La variété Beauregard est cultivée avec des semences certifiées et nos coopératives partenaires de la région de Rosso. Chair orangée, haute teneur en bêta-carotène, forte demande sur les marchés européens et moyen-orientaux.
First pilot supply chain of the TAP Export model. Beauregard variety is grown with certified seeds and our partner cooperatives in the Rosso region. Orange flesh, high beta-carotene content, strong demand in European and Middle Eastern markets.

La patate douce n'est pas seulement un produit commercial. Elle est la preuve que le modèle Takamoul fonctionne : les coopératives apportent le potentiel productif local, TAP Export apporte l'encadrement, le débouché sécurisé et l'accès aux marchés. Certification en cours, usine de conditionnement opérationnelle, documentation export disponible. Ce même modèle de complémentarité sera progressivement déployé sur d'autres cultures à haute valeur ajoutée de la Vallée du Fleuve Sénégal.
Sweet potato is not merely a commercial product.
